Kino no Tabi -The Beautiful World-
Animated in 2003 by ACGT, the Anime itself spans about 12 episodes with 1 OVA that follows the light novel series. The anime is wonderful and calm, with a sort of plot-per-episode adventure run, save a couple exceptions. The music by Ryo Sakai (Ayashi no Ceres, Fushigi Yugi Eikoden) gives great atmosphere to each land as Kino journeys forth.
